Home Actress Aparnaa Bajpai HD Photos and Wallpapers October 2020 Aparnaa Bajpai Instagram - Fun fact about me 😛 Almost 10 years back I stayed on almost all raw foods for a complete year or a little more. I haven’t been able to come around to this lifestyle since then. Raw foods are extremely beneficial when it comes to retaining the nutrients of the food which is lost while overcooking the food. I was my healthiest self at that point of time and after that my journey with food has been of a love & hate relationship. During my acting days, to match up with the skinny trends & avoid my chubby cheeks to show on the screen; I really went yo-yo-ing and developed this unhealthy pattern of using food as either a comfort or a punishment to my mental state in that current situation. Yoga & Traveling are 2 things which made me look at food either as nourishment for the body or a treat for the soul. I stopped looking at food as a mode of happiness or entertainment. I am glad my relationship with food has become the best I have ever known but it’s not always that easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle when you are surrounded by plethora of wrong foods & wrong information. I am slowly coming around & sticking to healthier foods by eliminating all processed & packaged stuff & introducing more of a satvik lifestyle to my yogic one:) PS: I am not going raw but maintaining a healthy balance of consuming foods in most natural forms. One big credit for this goes to @satvicmovement for re-introducing healthy ways of preparing food at home. - Also, the smoothie bowl shown in the pic has beetroot, banana & green apple in it. Cheers to whoever is making a healthy change. Change is good✨

If you think your job is above others or it’s too small for you to do a particular job, you are full of Ego.
If you think your job is below others or you’re too small to aspire for any particular job, you’re attacked by your Ego.

I belong to a small town and fortunately have very supporting & trusting parents. But I had been constantly told by my so called surroundings:-
If you’re a freelancer, you basically don’t have a job🤷🏻‍♀️
Girls don’t dance & it’s not a respectful profession🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’re an actor, then you have no education and are only going to struggle for a few years with no concrete future🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’ve chosen to fly as a stewardess, you are everybody’s servant🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’re a yoga teacher, you’ve not chosen a successful career because everybody knows how to do yoga in India and anybody can teach as well🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’re traveling so much, it’s better you get married instead of wasting your time & money🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’ve not yet gotten married, then you’re fast forward & characterless🤷🏻‍♀️
If you’re dating a Muslim, you’re anti-nationalist & anti-Hindu🤷🏻‍♀️
If your work is happening on an online format, then it’s not a real job🤷🏻‍♀️
Women don’t choose/ women follow what they have been told🤷🏻‍♀️

I still did those jobs & won’t trade them for any other. Right now I am signing up for a vagabond job of moving to foreign locations, meeting people, sharing yoga & helping others.

I am sorry, I wasn’t born with a 9to5 soul (no offense)

PS:- Just like my Prakriti “Air-Vata” (My Ayurvedic constitution) I can’t stay in one place and like to move with the Wind;)
