Becky Sauerbrunn Instagram – I can’t believe August is here! Good thing there is plenty of Summer (and warm weather) left so we can all continue to enjoy the outdoors while safely social distancing. One of my favorite things to do outside is to keep my body active, which includes stretching to help protect myself from injuries.
