My career has not been immune to them. The Black Lives Matter movement not only shines a light on systemic racism but it also exposes the US caste system of the haves and the have nots. The murder of yet another black life caught on video – in addition to individuals sheltering in place – created the perfect storm for BLM to make real strides forward towards change.
