Patricia Isaac Instagram – I love this reminder, though I get it’s not always easy. • One of my favorite hacks (ps I can’t say this is a proper use of the term “hack”) is this – I play “what if” in a fun way, as opposed to ruminating on “what if” in a fearful way.
