So what is death if not a reminder of my fleeting existence; an inevitability merely postponed with every breath I take -Zaira Wasim
Uqbah ibn ‘Amir reported:
A man came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said, “O Messenger of Allah, one of us has committed a sin.” The Prophet said, “It will be written against him.”
The man said, “Then he has sought forgiveness and repented.” The Prophet said, “He will be forgiven and his repentance accepted.”
The man said, “Then he returns to committing a sin.” The Prophet said, “It will be written against him.” The man said, “Then he has sought forgiveness and repented.”
The Prophet said, “He will be forgiven and his repentance accepted. Allah will not tire of forgiveness unless you are tired of asking.”

“And in the Hereafter they have Yaqin (certainity)” -Qur’an 2:4
The people described here are those whom Allah described in the preceding Ayah (verse)- “Those who have Iman (faith) in the Ghayb (unseen) and perform Salah and spend out of what We have provided for them (2:3)
These are attributes of the believers and hence Yaqin is to Iman what the soul is to the body. For it is not possible that one believes in the Ghayb (the unseen), performs the prayer and gives Zakah without believing in Allah and what the Prophet ﷺ was sent with.
As Ibn Qayim al Jawziyyah رحمه الله explains, ‘Yaqin is the soul to the actions of the heart which in turn formulate the souls to the actions of the limbs and through it one attains the rank of the Siddiq (the truthful).
From Yaqin sprouts absolute reliance in Allah and through Yaqin all doubts and worries are dispelled and the heart is filled with love, hope, and fear of Allah. This is why some of the righteous predecessors said, “Yaqin is from Iman (faith)”’

Aswad ibn Asram reported: I said,
“O Messenger of Allah, instruct me.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Can you control your tongue?”
I said, “But what do I control if I cannot control my tongue?” The Prophet ﷺ said, “Can you control your hands?”
I said, “But what do I control if I cannot control my hands?” The Prophet said, “Do not say anything on your tongue except what is right, and do not stretch out your hand except to do good.”
