Don Shank Instagram – From my time on Onward. Frogtown in Los Angeles provided a lot of inspiration for Mushroomton. This is an overview where I basically turned Frogtown into mushrooms and added some extras. The commercial street is based on part of Grand Ave in Oakland. That’s supposed to be some dwarf mine apartments in the mountain in the lower corner. I had so much fun working on this movie. #Onward #Pixar #animation
