Amy Bailey Instagram – I grew up in warm south Texas, and I miss that hot humid weather. But 20 years in the UK has finally taught me to embrace the cold. (My husband @miniateam might disagree as he mostly hears me whining, “Where’s the SUN?” 10 months out of the year.) I do love a bracing salty breeze though 🌊. It’s almost as good as coffee. And an ice cold beer (or 3), I can do that too. What else..? Oh yeah, ice cream. I am really good at ice cream. That’s about it for the benefits of cold. I’m still trying to master the #biohacking cold shower but in truth I think only insane people can do this (@miniateam being one of them.)
