Texas, the case that will determine the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This case puts the health care coverage of millions of Americans–and access to safe, respectful, and equitable maternity care–on the line.⁣  ⁣ The ACA advances key policies that are critical to supporting the health of pregnant, childbearing, and postpartum people in the U.S. These policies are especially important now, as the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic crisis have exacerbated barriers to positive maternal health outcomes. ⁣  ⁣ Please read this and share widely.
