I woke up groggy this morning, slowly rolling out of bed. It wasn’t until I sat down, lit my sage, put on my meditation playlist, played my singing bowl, and dropped into my breath, that I was able to see what a blessing the day truly is. A smile grew across my face as I welcomed it all in. It really is all within our mind. ✨✨✨✨
