Sameera Reddy Instagram – Happy Diwali 🪔 Every year Sassy Saasu makes these amazing homemade indian treats!We are thrilled to share them with you ! @manjrivarde Chiroti 🪔 6 tablespoons of ghee. 3 cups maida, 1 cup fine rawa. Powdered sugar, powdered cardamom. Ghee to fry. Take two tablespoons of ghee. Whip it with your fingers. Add two tablespoons of maida or rice atta. Whip more. Add three cups of maida, one cup fine rawa and a teaspoon of salt. Mix with little water and knead a medium dough. Rest 20 minutes. For the roti Spread 👉🏼Whip four tablespoons of ghee with four tablespoons of maida or rice flour. Keep aside. Roll out six-seven thin rotis. Take one spread the spread mix and sprinkle flour. Place another roti over it and sprinkle flour. Continue till all rotis are done. Tightly roll and cut roundlets. Press with your fingers and fry in ghee or oil. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the hot chiroti and some cardamom powder. . Namkeen Shankarpalli🪔 2 cups wheat flour 1 cup maida 1 cup mix bajri, jowar, nachni atta. Salt, 1 tbsp of dhaniya jeera powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder. 1 tsp Hing 1/2 cup sesame seeds. One inch ginger and four green chillies finely ground. Oil to fry. . Take two cups wheat flour, one cup mix of bajra, jowar and nachni atta and one cup maida. Add sesame seeds. Add salt, Dhaniya jeera powder, and salt. A teaspoon hing. Add ginger and green chilli paste and warm oil. Mix this thoroughly. Spread one roti, cut into diamond pieces and fry. . Sweet Shankarpalli 🪔 2 cups maida, 1 cup wheat atta 1/2 cup rawa. 3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 cup jaggery. 4 tablespoons ghee. Cardamom powder. Ghee to fry. . Take two cups maida, one cup wheat atta add half cup rawa. Add three spoons sugar, half cup jaggery, four tablespoons ghee and some warm water. Mix well and add to flour mix. Two teaspoons cardamom powder. Mix well. Rest. Cut into small diamond shapes from a slightly thicker roti. Fry in ghee. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over them all. .
