There are so many stories about the Manikaran Temple. The novelty factor is the freezing water in the Parvati River on the one side and boiling hot water spring on the other.
So the rice I ate was just boiled in that water!

and why was it special?
Manali to Baralacha Pass. This has to be one of the most stunning and special drives I’ve ever taken in my life. Through the Atal tunnel that recently opened. The landscape changes so dramatically on the other side of the tunnel. It was freezing cold but worth it!! I’ve been all over the world but this was something else!!!
India is truly beautiful like no place else!! ❤️

Found my camera thanks to my incredible community- YOU! This would only happen in India where people go out of their way to help. The 11 km uphill trek to Triund is very challenging and so many of you ran up at 5 am to look for my camera 📷 and it’s because of you I now have this incredible footage and was able to make this reel today.
