Mark St. Cyr Instagram – The best thing I did for myself today was sing showtunes in the shower. 🚿⁣ ⁣ Today’s shower performance included:⁣ – “A Change is Gonna Come” by Sam Cook⁣ – “Music of the Night” from Phantom of the Opera⁣ – “The Impossible Dream” Man of La Mancha⁣ – “Dear Theodosia” Hamilton⁣ ⁣ I’ve been feeling very emotionally volatile lately. One day I feel love, purpose, and joy. The next day I’m feeling really blue and down. There’s so much to emotionally process during this time that I need to carve out daily space to let out the feelings.
