Samantha Instagram – Since I have crossed 1000 odd posts on Instagram here is a bit of a throwback. On the left is a photo of me a few years back. On the right is my current self. Nothing much has changed. In terms of weight and Body Mass Index, waist size etc, all those external vanity indices, I am still the same. (And before you ask me, I don’t subscribe to them). What I do subscribe to is my fitness regimen. I can confidently tell you there is no major secret here. It’s not some NY resolution or some grand dream. It’s about taking care of yourself. Trying to be better everyday. Incremental changes. It’s about doing those 10 surya namaskars whenever I get a little break from my work. It’s about eating healthy and being aware of one’s food choices. It’s about smiling often. It’s about being thankful for waking up healthy everyday. It’s about taking each day as it comes. It’s about being a good human being. It’s about thinking positive and putting our inner demons to sleep. Fitness is just that for me. Don’t overthink it. Listen to your body and try to be better every day. I am happy to continue this journey with @ozivanutrition, a clean plant based nutrition brand that shares the same belief as i do, that fitness is about being a #aBetterYou everyday.
