Charlie Siem Instagram – I have many wonderful memories of Ida Haendel and she has been one of the greatest inspirations to me as a violinist. She had a unique and larger than life personality that enriched everyone who met her. I remember playing to her when she came to London at her rented apartment in Grosvenor square and how she once came to watch my sister in an awful school play with us.
