This film is NOTHING like the preview. maimounadoucoure made a BEAUTIFUL coming of age story about young women dealing with a different culture, family drama, fitting in, and everything else a young person deals with! It was one of the most beautiful films I’ve seen in a long time and it makes me sad that people aren’t going to see it because of the negative publicity it’s receiving. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give it a chance.
