Wow, is all I can say.
The neck muscles are commonly some of the most neglected when it comes to training our bodies, and arguably they are some of the most important for long term health of the upper spine and neck. Or for anyone who plays contact sport and has a risk of concussions, itβs even more important to keep them strong.
We live our lives constantly looking down at devices, having bad neck posture, and having constant load and strain on those discs in our necks from the weight of our heads alone.
Over time, if the muscles around those discs are week, we open ourselves up for injury, and thatβs why itβs so important to keep those muscles active.
Previously if you wanted to train the neck muscles you had to load up your discs and muscles to gain strength there, by doing crazy neck rolls or loading a bunch of weights on your head and nodding like a maniac!
You may gain stronger neck muscles but reek havoc on your spinal discs at the same time, therefore only cause bigger problems in the long run.
@theironneck removes that problem and allows you to train the muscles in the neck independently, safely, and with zero pressure on the discs. I love this thing!
I highly recommend. Well played @theironneck….well played ππΌππΌππΌππΌ
PLUS you kind of look like that other dude from mortal combat when you wear it π | Posted on 14/Oct/2020 00:32:28
