Took a hike yesterday in the hills of Marin during the late afternoon with my son Sam, daughter in law Tessa, and bernadoodle Jasper, among others.
Sun-dappled paths. Clean air. San Francisco shining in the distance. Very relaxing. Very invigorating.
My mental health, calm, and happiness improve so much with regular trips to the woods. The longer, the better. For two years, work has kept me from a long camping trip. 2021 will include at least one! | Posted on 31/Dec/2020 01:34:40
