In the midst of awfulness, I have a lot of hope for the future having seen so many different kinds of people finally showing up for each other this past week in response to oppression. There is so much overlap in our various struggles. So often we are fighting the same fight even though the power structure convinces us otherwise by dividing and conquering us. Solidarity is not just a hashtag. Let’s keep on showing up and supporting each other.
