Imogen Heap Instagram – I stopped here today on the grass, for a couple of hours. Been writing, scribbling, trying to get to the bottom of things. Boiling it down to, my mind is so distracted and experiencing unwelcome longer stretches of depression. As I look at this view, I wonder what good it would do me to switch off, delete a few apps from my phone, to not reach for the adrenaline. It more often than not is followed by a deep dissatisfaction and I go deeper into the fog. So! Without being toooo dramatic, I’m gonna see how it feels to go dark for a month or two. Never considered it before today. Kathi on my team may post occasionally.
