Parvathy Omanakuttan Instagram – It has been exactly four months since I came into Dubai (landed here on my birthday π 13th March 2020). As much as I have missed my family & friends back home, their health and well-being is what has kept me going.
In a city where I havenβt stayed for more than a few days, I never thought I would spend so much time. @dubai has been an Absolute Blessing the last four months where I got to spend so much of quality time with my beau π₯° and make some amazing new friends.
Dubai also gave me the opportunity to learn so many more things and make me realise I can do so much more.
Thank you @jwmarriottmarquisdubai for being our home away from home during this time π
I also made some new four legged friends in the most beautiful way. This little guy here , we named Ginger. He is The most handsome cat with the most charming personality in the area. π
We feed a few other cats in the neighbourhood when we go for our evening walks, but Ginger is our favourite π₯° He walked up to me the other day and plonked himself in my lap and started purring. I was so overwhelmed that I had tears in my eyes. It takes a lot of trust for stray animals especially cats to warm up to this level with any humans. I have seen cats walking upto people and rubbing themselves against your legs but Ginger took me by surprise.
These little moments give me joy, hope and love to treasure for life! π₯°π
