A White Devil that I know very casually messaged me on Wednesday, hitting me with the cut and paste to her IG GoFundMe for whatever it is yall matching donations for these days – I had not seen or heard from her for three weeks so I ignored the forward. Today she hits me up asking me to respond to her message so I said “no I will not contribute” then she asks me to share it on IG. I told her to stop pressing me. ⁣

She then told me that she was not expecting “such a negative response” so I curtly explained:⁣
⁣
– Hitting me with the Form Letter out of nowhere is discourteous and in poor taste, regardless of the message. ⁣
⁣
– Right now is a very sensitive time in regards to money, and it really doesn’t matter how much you think someone has…you can’t push people to give money. ⁣
⁣
– Respect my no. I don’t have to share your post. I don’t believe in your cause, and if you wanted to leverage my social capital you could have outright asked instead of hitting me with the Form Letter. ⁣

She never detailed why it was important to her or why it should be important to me – just a super vague “I gave to this so you give too” kind of vibe. ⁣
⁣
Anyway she then called me “nasty” and said that I had an “ego problem” because I asked her to stop harassing me.⁣
