Beau Garrett Instagram – I first met this babe of all babes in my early twenties. In all honesty, we met because we had liked the same boy. And like any true friendship, we overcame what could have easily stood between us. We have laughed ourselves silly stumbling through the streets of Manhattan, our arms linked and our hearts open. We have built schools together and slept side by side in villages far from home. We have shared bottles of wine and deep fears of our future, always providing a safe space to be vulnerable. We have supported each other through sickness and heart ache and stood behind the other when it was the others time to shine. We have committed to finding each other through FaceTime no matter what time zone, or what hour. We have traveled, we have face masked, we have picked each other’s outfits for auditions and dates and dinner parties. We have failed each other and grown from our mistakes. Friendships aren’t about perfection, they are about acceptance of all the things in between. I love this girl like she is a sister and I am forever grateful for the stories we are lucky enough to weave. She is definitely my Kate.
