You know how we are constantly told, you need protein from meat to build muscle etc etc I don’t think that’s true. I’m now contemplating going vegan. It’s hard- I love, love icecream. I know there are alternatives.. I just have to make up my mind. 🙈🤞🏽🤞🏽
