Divya Spandana Instagram – Thank you @gurmeharrr for the mention 🤗
In India we say Annadata Sukhi Bhava or Annadata Sukhino Bhavantu which is a Sanskrit shloka translates to -May the provider of the food be happy.
Sadly, today, the farmers of our country, the providers of our food are unhappy. They are fighting against the farm laws that take away their rights. It’s our duty to stand by them in their time of difficulty.

I’m tagging some superwomen I know to post a picture of their favourite grain/legumes/vegetable/fruit and share a recipe of their comfort food using the hashtag #Happinessforfarmers #ರೈತರಹಕ್ಕು

 @soniajain_thinkingbodies @ritika.jolly @vaishalimp @mitali.rannorey @gauravi_vinay @sandhyashekar please take this forward!

Rice. The staple food of India- takes 4 months of intensive labour to grow. Rice nourishes my soul. I can’t live without it. I buy my grains from @biobasicsin
