The deck includes 48 playful, color-coded cards illustrated by @andreapippins that encourage mindfulness and help build emotional intelligence on and off the mat. The cards explore big feelings like: anger, worry, excitement, sadness, joy, jealousy, shame, and peace. It’s perfect for kids 5-9, but let’s be real— in these trying times, couldn’t we all benefit from a little more mindful exploration of all the feelings we’re feeling?
