Real Talk Tuesday. You in?
I attempted to do the program that I am doing now…back in early April. I failed. I could barely make it through the first 10 minutes. I didn’t have the strength to come in at the level the program was set.
BB released a “prep” program shortly thereafter because even they realized the program might be intense for some.
And ya know what?…I used that excuse and hid behind that when I made the decision to quit and find “another “program…insert “easier”.
I didn’t want to feel defeated while “not” doing some of the moves, so instead I quit totally. Hello avoidance. Talk about the voice in my head for months to come knowing that I started it and quit.
I am my own worst competition.
Cut to, I spent the summer repeating #mbf/#mbfa …an assymetrical strength training program and started that with 8lb weights and finished with 25lb weights. 9 weeks total. ALL IN.
I decided at to revisit the program that haunted me for months. Do you know what changed this time around?
MINDSET.
I am 💯committed. Even if it’s hard.
I am 💯dedicated to ME. Even when I don’t feel like showing up.
I am 💯 focused on finishing this year strong AF and marching into 2021 instead of crawling out of 2020.
Bottom line? How badly do you want it? How badly do you want to lose weight, gain confidence, become stronger, live healthier?
If you go ALL IN, 💯…do your best and show up…you will win.
I am one DM away. My new group just started. Don’t wait for the excuse to set in…
Isn’t it time to rewrite that story sis?
