This is a post in honor of our creator, Dan Goor, and the writers who work harder than you’ll ever know. They are forever working to stay current and funny. I decided to bind our scripts. They’re worth it but also in a weird way, I miss encyclopedias.

I feel like, with the recent news, you’ve all seen plenty of group shots celebrating the show, but have you seen the promotional bowling ball that kicked this whole thing off ? (Sept. 2013)
I think about this guy from time to time. #tbt #NotCheddar

❤️ Thank you this much, to everyone who sent all the bday love yesterday. I feel very lucky to have a beautiful fam, friends of all degrees, the vocation I’ve always dreamed of, and people that appreciate the work. (Which btw can’t exist without those first two things.) At 50, I’m as dumb as I ever was, it’s beautiful. I’ve been off the grid, in the desert for a few days with those I love. 👉🏼Find your peeps.👈🏼 That seems to be the main lesson so far. …And wear a mask. 😃

Over 144 million citizens voted. In the middle of a pandemic. It’s a good day for America.

WHAT IS THE ISSUE?
We are losing over 8,000 veterans a year to suicide. Most are suffering from PTSD. Expecting anyone to “just get over PTSD” is like expecting someone to “just get over” a femur fracture or cancer. Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) is proven to provide durable relief from PTSD.
The Stellate Ganglion is a nerve in the neck that controls the fight or flight impulses. By injecting a Novocain type solution directly into that nerve, the central nervous system can be relaxed long enough to reset back to its pre-trauma state.
The SGB shot has been perfected by retired Navy Seal, Dr. Sean Mulvaney (2), who practices medicine in Annapolis, MD at Regenerative and Orthopedics and Sports Medicine (ROSM). Look him up. The guy’s incredible. (drseanmulvaney.com) He charges $1,200 to civilians, $1000 to First Responders, and $800 to veterans for the shot, which is an out-patient procedure and takes about 30 min (3). It’s saving lives. My family members have done it. The results are immediate. More info here: sgb4ptsd.com
BUT…
The Dept. Of Defense did a three-year clinical study on the SGB shot and found it 90% effective, but the Veterans Administration hasn’t yet approved the procedure. This leaves THOUSANDS of our vets without access to this medicine. Unless Congress acts to mandate coverage of SGB through the VA, we need to help our veterans get this very effective treatment.
Retired Full Bird Colonel and Vietnam vet Ken Brown (4, Far Left) and Iraqi Freedom Vet Jeremy Hogan and wife Julie (4, Far Right) have started two different charities based in Cullman, AL to raise funds and awareness. Jeremy is founder and CEO of Saving Forgotten Warriors (5) and Ken works with the Cullman chapter of the Veterans Of Foreign Wars [VFW].
HOW YOU CAN HELP
1) Donate to: Cullman VFW c/o Col. Ken Brown, SGB Fund, 112 Veterans Dr. SW, Cullman, AL 35055
2) Donate to Saving Forgotten Warriors, link in Bio
3) Repost or write your congressman to support SGB therapy!
THANKS AGAIN TO THE MEN AND WOMEN OF ALL COLOR, GENDER, AND CREED FOR SERVING IN OUR ARMED FORCES
