Home Actress Ishaara Nair HD Photos and Wallpapers March 2021 Ishaara Nair Instagram - My story as It is.... Oh did I say my pregnancy was a cakewalk!! Am I lucky? Of course!! I am blessed beyond measure. But little did I know what was about to hit me like a hurricane #postpartum . Before that lemme talk about my last month of pregnancy. That’s when I actually felt very hormonal because I had more than usual things on my platter to deal with. So I got highly anxious and irritable. Littlest of things made me really sad. The only thing that gave me peace was long walks with my husband. On 4th March our angel baby was born and he was oh so precious. Never felt that kinda high before. The sweetest part of the whole journey.... I had a normal labor and delivery. I was shitting my pants on the final day thinking it was going to be painful. And yes I had to take the pain until I was about 5 cms dilated. At that point I took an epidural. After that I did not feel my bottom half at all. I could feel the pressure from the contractions but there was no pain whatsoever. When the time came to push I thought to myself that I might have to push a lil too hard to get the baby out as I could not feel a thing. As I started to push the nurse motivated me saying I was pushing really nice and the baby will come sooner than later if I push that way. So I put my heart and soul into pushing and pushed the baby out in 15 minutes. Oh my god!! My baby’s head tore me up in every possible directions and I had a third degree tear. It took my doctor atleast an hour or more to stitch all that up. Thanks to the epidural I didn’t feel a thing. Lemme be honest here. With all the pain medications I am really surviving well with the stitches healing still. If that wasn’t horror enough lemme tell you the worst part of the whole journey. If u know you know that after delivery the first pee and first poo are nightmares for moms. To be honest first pee wasn’t that bad for me. Talking about poo, Hospitals give you all these stool softeners right? After delivery to be honest for the next 4 days I did not have that natural urge to poo and most mothers don’t. I continued with the stool softeners.( to be continued in the comment section)
