There are many who wanted to know how I shed the extra kgs, here is what worked for me, my neighbor and good friend Dr Leena was the inspiration and she gave me some tips :
Dinner at 7 pm , preferably low carb diet and lot of pulses and paneer , veggies since we r vegetarians, non vegetarians have more options . I have breakfast after 12 to 15 hrs after dinner . This worked for me, lost around 8 kgs without starving and obsessing on exercise. It happened over a period of 6 months which I feel is good 👍 | Posted on 11/Mar/2021 09:39:02
