Let’s just think of this as you peeps as my million life coaches 🙏🏼 making sure I get to my goal 🕺💃Which is fit by Diwali ( nov 4th 2021 ) with an average loss of 2 kg per month till my goal weight of 73 kg 📣 🔱 currently doing 16:8 intermittent fasting . My eating window is 12 noon to 8 pm . From 8pm onwards I only drink herbal tea with no sugar/ milk. I’ve seen a drop of 1 kg in the last 2 weeks . I eat a balanced diet in my eating window . I’m not too strict because I’m stating slow not to feel pressured ! Please check if you can try fasting with your doctor . Not for breast feeding moms . Look online for more info . My experience ? First 10 days were really hard ! I was cranky and feeling hunger pangs but now I’m quite comfortable . In fact I feel lots of energy. At 10 am I usually feel I get weak to break the fast so at that time I do yoga to help me get past it. Anyone looking for online yoga classes connect with my teacher @yogabypramila . She has basic and intermediate and I’ve been doing her instagram recorded classes . Or just get moving with any sport or even just dance !
