I have had 100ās of injuries but I would say I have had 3 kind of career threatening ones.
1: Badly torn labrum in my hip
2: Fractured orbital, broken Zygomatic arch and 3 other fractures in my cheekbone (all in one sitting)
3: My most recent hand surgery
The recovery from all of these was rough but one thing I will tell anyone recovering from injury or reaching for any sort of fitness goal is…..
Just KEEP asking your body to do it, over and over and over and over and WILL do it eventually.
It stutters and stammers at times but theres nothing mine has said no to yet.
I guarantee if you ask it hard enough, yours wonāt say no either. š¤
