Payal Rohatgi Instagram – आज मैं आपके साथ कुछ और बात करना चाहती हूँ on the maintainence money जो ये Sundervan Epitome Cooperative Housing service society के committee members हम से माँग रहे है ?? April से June महीने के लिए ? अब तीन महीने का पैसा इनको advance में चाहिए और वो भी १५ दिन के अंदर और अगर नहीं देंगे तो हर दिन १०० रुपया का penalty प्रति दिन लगेगा ?? ये तो बहुत ही ज़्यादा authority वाला सलूक है।और इनको मेरे tone से आपत्ति थी 🤣 Chairman, Secretary और बाक़ी committee वालों को अपना payment का receipt share करना चाहिए और फिर पैसा माँगना चाहिए बाक़ी flat owners से।मुझे समझ नहीं पड़ रहा है की जब हर society में हर महीने पैसा इकट्ठा किया जाता है तो फिर सुन्दरवन के committee वाले क्यूँ 3 महीने का पैसा एक साथ लेने का प्रयास कर रहे है ?? और अगर १५ दिन में नहीं दिया तो १०० रुपए का Fine प्रति दिन ??? ये कहीं न कहीं ग़लत है 🙏 Development के नाम पर भी जो पैसा लिया गया है वो ग़लत तरीक़ा है क्योंकि state circular है ये कहते हुए कि आप development यानी Vikas के नाम पर पैसा नहीं ले सकते flat owners से और वो ही किया गया है यहाँ पर। अब मुझे लगता है कि वकील का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा क्योंकि यहाँ पर ग़लत तरीक़े से पैसा इकट्ठा करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है जो कहीं न कहीं ये committee वालों के ग़लत विचार है 🙏 #payalrohatgi
