Payal Rohatgi Instagram – अभी हम बात करना चाहते हैं कि कैसे हमारी सोसायटी जो अगर एक legal service सोसाइटी है और imaginary नहीं तो वो सोसाइटी ने किस प्रकार से maintainence charges बड़ाए है और वो जो बढ़ोती कि है उन्होंने वो शायद अपने AGM मीटिंग में किया ? जो उन्होंने कहा कि 26th Dec 2020 को हुआ परंतु इस मीटिंग के अंदर minute by minute proceedings और resolutions के ऊपर हमें कोई WhatsApp intimation नहीं मिला🤔

अब maintainence जो उन्होंने हमसे October, November, December, January, February, March के लिए charge किया था वो कुल ४२०००/- कुछ हो रहा था और अब वो चाहते हैं कि April, May, June का maintainence ४२०००/- हो ??? मुझे समझ नहीं पड़ रहा है कि किस प्रकार से छह महीने का जो मेंटेनेंस का भाव था वो अब 3 महीने का rate हो गया है ???

मुझे तो यह जानना है कि अगर ये society Legal है तो हमें अभी तक इस society के अंदर member क्यों नहीं बनाया गया और हमें हमारे share certificate कब दिए जाएंगे ???

क्यूंकि मेरे पिता जी ने RTI द्वारा प्राप्त registration certificate और registered bye-laws के gujarati काग़ज़ को पढ़कर ये मालूम किया है के share certificate issue करे गए हैं मगर ये share certificate हमें तो नहीं मिले तो किसके पास है ये share certificate जो issue किए गए ???

इसका जवाब शायद हमारे society ke treasurer के पास होगा क्योंकि मुझे लगता है कि शायद ये share certificate भी imaginary है क्योंकि society भी imaginary है और society के treasurer आपको imaginary mob पर चर्चा करनी है 🤪
