Payal Rohatgi Instagram – मैं आपके साथ बात करने वाली हूँ कि कैसे अब जाके मुझे समझ पड़ रहा है कि किस प्रकार से मेरे ख़िलाफ़ एक FAKE NARRATIVE फैलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है society के treasurer द्वारा जो निजी capacity में मेरे पिताजी को चमचागिरी वाले messages भेजता है। मगर मेरी छवि को वो 2-3 सालों से attack कर रहा है क्योंकि अब जाके मुझे याद आया कैसे मेरी एक फोटोग्राफ सोसाइटी के sofaके ऊपर खड़ी हुई circulate की गई थी जब उस सोफ़े के ऊपर सारे flat-owners के बच्चे खड़े होते हैं क्योंकि AC को ON करने के लिए वो ही एक तरीक़ा है क्योंकि library के अंदर AC का remote नहीं है🤪 अब वो ही आदमी बेचारा मुझे निशाना बनाकर मेरे ख़िलाफ़ मेरे बाहर कि ज़िंदगी के Legal Issues का उदाहरण देकर मेरे Bye-Laws के ऊपर जागरूकता करने के प्रयास को attack कर रहा है। Chronology समझ आ गयी 🤪 मैं ये society के मामले को क़ानूनी तौर से ही address करूँगी क्योंकि यही सही तरीक़ा है। मैंने District Registrar के office के अंदर मेरी submission करी है।बस इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ society के लोगों को जो बहुसंख्यक है और इस treasurer की विचारधारा को support कर रहे है कि वो लोग ख़ुशी ख़ुशी दान कर सकते हैं society की committee को और शायद एक पुतला भी बना सकते हैं जहाँ पर उनका नाम लिखा जाए कि उन्होंने कितना दान किया मगर ग़लत इंफॉर्मेशन देकर development fund के नाम पर ग़ैर क़ानूनी तरीक़े से पैसे नहीं ले सकते हैं साथ साथ भी maintainence का जो पैसा है उसके ऊपर हमें चर्चा करनी है। हमें वो पैसा बहुत ज़्यादा लगता है और हमें हमारा पक्ष रखने का हक़ है उस officer के सामने जो को इन मुद्दों पर अपना फ़ैसला देती है। Court में जब सुनवाई होती है तो इन्सान की छवि के अनुसार फ़ैसला नहीं दिया जाता सबूतों के आधार पर फ़ैसला दिया जाता है। #PayalRohatgi #SangramSingh #ByeLaws
