Sasha Clements Instagram – My birthday last weekend🎂
We have a lot coming up with our upcoming home reno so our days are pretty packed with planning. I kept thinking “I really just want to relax and have a peaceful day” and then I realized- Hey it’s my birthday! I can do that!

So I decided all I wanted was a self-love day. A day to do all of the things I wish I had time to do every single day.

I sat outside in the sun for an hour and read and meditated. I read every birthday text and wish slowly throughout the day to really soak up the love. I exercised on my trampoline and stretched. I detoxed and sat in my sauna. I listened to my favorite 90s music. I drank fresh squeezed juice. I had one of THOSE showers where you exfoliate, shave, have a mini concert, double wash your hair AND do a hair mask. Then ended on a 10 minute cold shower. Gave myself a mani & pedi because… pandemic nails. Did my hair and makeup. Put on my favorite loungewear. Went on a walk with our best friends. Opened thoughtful gifts. Ate a delicious meal cooked by Corbin and then accepted the most amazing massage from him❤️

I honestly don’t know if I want to celebrate any other way in the future. I truly recommend this to everyone!

This last year taught me tough lessons about my physical, mental and spiritual health that I didn’t know I needed. Maybe I’ll share more about that in time. But I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned🙏🏼
