Neither of us thought he’d make it to date 3.
Somehow he got to date 4.
Somewhere amongst 5 and a wedding in Mauritius, I became smitten.
3 months in I flew back to the UK.
Next. Long distance. 😩
Living out of suitcases.
Never ending flights.
Virtual communication.
Misunderstanding.
Break ups.
Make ups.
More break ups 😳
Was it easy?
That would be a huge NO.
Was it worth it?
Hell yes.
Every single second. 💕
Life has been full of unexpected twists, and sometimes it’s floored us.
Yet it’s also been saturated with so much love, joy, & adventure.
And 7 years later I’m still just as smitten.
I didn’t know it back then, but saying yes all those years ago?
