36 days into the revolution.
Today is a great day; the head of the government resigned from his position. This may not be the revolution’s primary demand, but it’s a glimpse of hope that our real demands will be met. This is the first time in Iraq’s history (ancient and modern) that a head of a government resignes due to a peaceful revolution. We will not forget our 500+ martyrs. And the revolution will not stop until we get rid of the entire political system with all it’s corrupt parties. Long live Iraq. Baghdad, Iraq
