Home Actress Amala Paul Instagram Photos and Posts May 2021 Amala Paul Instagram - You spent a lifetime caring for others. Always looking out for everyone outside of yourself. And look... that's a beautiful thing. You should still do that. But this time you recognize the importance of not overlooking yourself first. Your cup is just a cup if it isn't overflowing. You have to spoil you. Not just financially, but the peace of mind that comes with not bearing everyone else's stress & responsibilities. A stable you is beneficial to everyone. A thriving you is essential in this path of liberation & prosperity. #sourcemessage

Amala Paul Instagram – Happy birthday my jithettannn, you are so much more than a brother to me.
You have been my father when pappa was not emotionally available, you have been my mother when mommy couldn’t understand my choices.
The way you always make me feel so loved and protected even during the times when I feel so unloved and lost.
The way you have entertained me through the darkest times of our lives and when I look back in terror, I only see laughter………….
Everytime I run away and fall back, I look up searching for the ones who promised ‘forevers’, and there has been no one around but you, my saviour, with your arms wide open, with that mischievous smile (like joey tribbiani’s 🥲) and you have not once blamed me, questioned me or made me feel bad about my choices but always, always guided me to my light, my worth, my love and what I am.
You are my home, my roots, my family, my blessing, my best friend, my brother and my personal joey tribbiani.
I wish you love, peace, health, happiness and everything you wish for in abundance.. I love you more than you can ever imagine Jithu.💗💞💗

Amala Paul Instagram – In life, we think that the point is to pass the test or overcome the problem. The real truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together for a time, then they fall back apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that.

Personal discovery and growth come from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.

Suffering comes from wishing things were different. Misery is self inflicted, when we are expecting the “ideal” to overcome the “actual,” or needing things (or people, or places) to be different for us so we can then be happy.

Let the hard things in life break you. Let them effect you. Let them change you. Let these hard moments inform you. Let this pain be your teacher. The experiences of your life are trying to tell you something about yourself. Don’t cop out on that. Don’t run away and hide under your covers. Lean into it.

What is the lesson in this wind? What is this storm trying to tell you? What will you learn if you face it with courage? With full honesty and – lean into it.
