Briana Renee Instagram – Do you make creations from your plates like this 👉🏻 ? Mmmm SO good! Skinless rotisserie chicken, roasted red potatoes seasoned with Himalayan salt & pepper, spaghetti baked squash, and white rice with (vegan) butter & honey for dessert 😋 Since I only have about 13 ingredients in my daily menu then I have to change it up… The only seasonings I have are S&P, and the only sugars I consume are from bananas & honey. After a month of this new way of eating, it’s all I crave! It takes 3 weeks to make, or break, a habit; and now I couldn’t imagine allowing anything processed, or non – organic, in my body. 32 ounces of water {minimum} daily, no sweets, no nightshade vegetables, nothing fried, nor spicy. The way I’m feeling now is worth the sacrifice.. I’m working my way to remission 🙏🏻 I have UC, it doesn’t have me 💪🏻👊🏻 #4/365 #nowUCme #healthyeating #wevegotthis
