Sometimes I struggle with letting myself let go of what I can’t control, and need reminders to do so especially in a day and age so heavily influenced with a productivity-first mindset. I forget that rest is not something that needs to be earned.
@okaytorest shares such a special message to us all: that no one should ever feel guilty for needing to rest their mind/body/soul.. Something I hold dear and support wholeheartedly..
