Yesterday I watched the documentary of Schitt’s Creek. If you haven’t seen the show, watch the show, then watch the mini doc celebrating their last episode. It’s so beautiful. At the height of their popularity they decided to end the show. They were able to give their beloved characters a proper arc and ending. I think it affected my dream. I dreamt that it was the last day of Prodigal Son. Tom was telling me a story about fencing earlier that week. (I don’t think Tom actually fences) When I went to say good bye, because it was a dream there were people there that shouldn’t have been there. I gave a big hug to Amy Sherman Palladino (the creator of Gilmore Girls). That show also ended abruptly. When we left the set we didn’t know if we were coming back for another season. Television is a weird thing. We’re collectively writing a novel that we are never sure we’ll get to write the last chapter of…
In any case, this is the second time I have woken up and posted about a dream I had. I don’t know if this is what Instagram is for. 🤣 But… be well, be kind, appreciate what you have. 💕
