Something I learned from @michaelbbeckwith is to take a deep breath in and hold it while repeating the mantra “all my needs are met” internally. Just when I think I can’t hold it anymore, take another sip of air in, hold it for another few seconds and then release. He invites people to place their attention on how it feels to consciously take a breath. He notes, and I have experienced, there’s no fear about “air availability”. “I’m not afraid there won’t be enough air for me before I take a deep breath. I believe if everyone in the world took a deep breath at the same time, we would all survive.” there’s a trust present. An experience of abundance we often miss. It has been helpful for me to tune into that trust and then rest in that feeling. Expand that feeling.
