Neetha Ashok Instagram – Got my first shot of COVID-19 VACCINE!
Since the government is providing vaccination for 18+ age group, as a responsible citizen, make the best use of it and get yourself and your family vaccinated.

I booked my slot through AROGYA SETU APP and I wil mention in the comment section on to HOW TO BOOK YOUR SLOT. Also there are helpline numbers provided at the vaccination centres for those who do not have smart phones or find it difficult to register.

BEFORE you go for vaccination:

*Talk to your doctor. If you’ve ever experienced a severe allergic reaction from any vaccine or you have any questions about the medications you are currently taking, talk to your health care provider before your appointment.

*Take care of yourself. Get a good night’s rest and hydrate well before your vaccination so you can feel your best on the day.

VACCINATION DAY:

*DO NOT GO EMPTY STOMACH for your vaccination.
*DOUBLE mask YOURSELF, maintain distance and keep sanitising.

The side effects to COVID-19 vaccines have mostly been MILD TO MODERATE and SHORT-LASTING. They include:
fever, fatigue, headache, muscle pain, chills, diarrhoea, pain at the injection site.

So just keep yourself STRESS-FREE, HYDRATED, and EAT-WELL.

The frontline workers are doing an extremely good job in keeping everybody safe at the vaccination centre and we can’t thank them enough for their service. 🙏🏻👏🏻 So please do follow all the instructions provided by them. Namma Kundapura
