Neha Pendse Instagram – Finally the announcement I have been asked several times abt!! @nikmahajan We made June in 2019 not knowing what was about to hit us. Not that it was ever a ‘safe’ film but it was always a film that had a lot of heart and a lot of conviction. And if there is one thing I’ve learnt in my 10 years in this industry it is this – conviction is the most important ingredient in the mixture that makes cinema. From script to screen it is conviction and faith incorporated by a plethora of people that make feature films come to life. Thank you @akshaybardapurkar and @planetmarathiott for believing in ‘June’ with the same conviction that we had when we made it and for giving us the release we deserve in the middle of a raging pandemic. Thank you Akshay. I love you and I am eternally grateful. For all those who have waited patiently for our film, it is coming very soon. I can’t wait to share the world of June with you all. Neha Pendse Instagram – We know we are all going through tumultuous times. As a nation, as a society, what we are all experiencing is something we never thought would happen. We, as a team, weren’t able to process this bit of good news and we weren’t sure how to share this in such gloomy times. However, it is a moment of pride for us as our film ‘JUNE’ is selected for the @nyindianfilmfest . In another time, we’d travel to New York and watch this film with an audience, but for now – this is happening online. We are also thrilled that the film is nominated for two awards – Best Picture and Best Actor (Male) for our dearest @sidmenon1 . We are glad that we have some good news to share. We had planned to make a new poster to announce this but we just didn’t feel right doing so. Hence, sharing two new stills from the film just to give you a peek at something new. And we also have another big update regarding June which we will share with you all very soon. Till then, we hope that you’re all keeping safe.
