Pallavi Sharda Instagram – Yesterday I found this doorway. It was the same doorway in front of which I had taken one of my favourite photos when I first visited Toronto in 2016. Then, the wall was bright blue… the sun shone on my face as I smiled at the passers by who, like me, were out for a Saturday brunch. Yesterday, the sense of loss and neglect was palpable as I gazed at the under layers of a set of bricks that had once seemed so optimistic. The vicissitudes of this ride are getting real.
