Especially the pineapple coconut curry which was a delicious surprise ! 🍍 🍍Pineapple Coconut Curry 1 pineapple chopped. Centre removed. 1 coconut milk 2 tablespoons besan flour 1 tablespoon jeera 1 teaspoon haldi powder 1 teaspoon red mirchi powder 2 tablespoons oil Heat oil in a vessel. Sputter the jeera, haldi and red mirchi in it. Stir. Add the pineapple pieces and some water to cook. Cover for 3/4 minutes. Open and add the coconut milk into which the besan has been dissolved. Mix it well with the pineapple and add salt to taste. Cover for 2/3 minutes till besan cooks and slightly thickens. Add coriander. Enjoy the sweet, salty and spicy curry! 🍈Guava Subzi 2 guavas chopped 2 teaspoons oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon methi/fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp res mirch powder 1 tablespoon aamchur powder or 1 lemon 1 tsp sugar Heat oil and sputter the mustard seeds, then brown the methi seeds, add haldi and chilli powders. 🍍Pineapple Coconut Curry
1 pineapple chopped. Centre removed.
1 coconut milk
2 tablespoons besan flour
1 tablespoon jeera
1 teaspoon haldi powder
1 teaspoon red mirchi powder
