Spencer Paysinger Instagram – Starting the week off with some good news. My short film, Short Cuts, is an official selection of the Pan African Film Festival! I grew up going to @paffnow so it quite literally hits home to be among their diverse ‘21 class of filmmakers. This our 10th film festival acceptance but a definitive milestone in my still young career. Thank you to everyone involved in turning this idea into a reality.
