I have found that in life there are few short cuts. Except the shorts I am wearing in this post of course. The more kids I have the shorter my work out shorts get. #dadshorts
It is easy to forget that we all stand on the shoulders of the sacrifices made by so many to ensure our lives can be lived in the way we choose. That is what freedom means to me. The right to live as you choose to live. I hope everyone is having a meaningful Memorial Day. I will be spending mine with my wife, our 4 kids, and hanging in our home with good friends, good food, and an open heart. ❤️🇺🇸🦅
Been doing this nearly every morning for 16 years now. I attribute much of the success in my life to my willingness and ability to try harder and to overcome obstacles in my way. To always have more in the tank when I need it. Obviously I spend countless hours on the actual craft of acting as well but I do this as a way to prove to myself every day anew that I can accomplish this today thus there will be no hurdle too great for me to get over. I have been asked to do many very difficult things on set. None as hard as running ten. This approach has worked thus far and my goal is to be doing the same when I am 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 and beyond. I know it seems like a lot and it is. But other than days when I am shooting a tv show or a movie there is not much I look forward to as much as running ten miles. Seems weird I know. But I am weird. And I do it to stay ready for my next adventure in acting and life. Also helps me stay young and playful with the kids✌️❤️🍻
