Payal Rohatgi Instagram – आज मैं आपके साथ बात करना चाहती हूँ की मुझे एक bill पकड़ाया गया है। Bill है 12000 का और कहा गया है कि लिफ़्ट का जो repairing हुआ है वो हमारे फ़्लैट की वजह से हुआ है इसलिए वो lift रिपेयरिंग का charge मुझे देखना पड़ेगा। मैं ख़ाली इतना ही कहना चाहती हूँ Sundarvan Epitome सोसाइटी की committee को कि जब से ये service सोसाइटी बनी है तब से ११ माले के ऊपर आयरन या स्टील रोड, रेलवे ट्रैक्स जितनी लंबी गई हैं, पटरियां जैसी क्योंकि वहाँ पर open terrace था उसको cover करना था और ये मुमकिन हुआ जब सुंदरवन सोसाइटी service society बनी। मैं आपको कहना चाहती हूँ के इस प्रकार से ११ फ़्लोर पर तो आयरन रॉड गई परंतु बाक़ी फ़्लोर में renovation पर लकड़ियों के slabs से पत्थरों के slabs गए renovation के लिए जिसका वीडियो आप देख सकते हैं। इस वीडियो के अंदर ये सब चीज़ें जब stair case से ऊपर गई तब दिवार टूटी और ये दीवारों का video भी आप देख सकते हैं तो इन flat owners को क्यों नहीं बिल भेजा गया common amenities को destroy करने के लिए ???? मुझे पता है कि आप लोगों ने सोसाइटी में एक दूसरा WhatsApp ग्रुप चालू रखा है जिसमें मैं शामिल नहीं हूँ परंतु जब मुझे water leakage के बारे में प्रोफेशनली कागज़ द्वारा पता चला तब मैंने इस मामले को एक दिन में सुलझा पुलिस बुलाकर । मुझे नहीं पता leakage कितने हफ़्तों से हो रही थी मगर जब हमें काग़ज़ मिला leakage के ऊपर तब हमने इस मामले को एक दिन में सुलझाया और ये बताता है कि कहीं से भी हम ग़ैर ज़िम्मेदार नहीं। मगर society के committee वालों को society चलानी नहीं आती ज़िम्मेदारी से और अपने अहंकार की वजह से अब वो ये काग़ज़ मुझे पकड़ा रहे हैं ये साबित करने के लिए जबकि उनके manager ने मेरे साथ ग़लत तरीक़े से बात की और उन्होंने मेरे साथ संपर्क नहीं किया जब से leaking हो रहा था। तो अब इस मामले को मेरा वकील संभालेगा मगर मुझे अपने विचार इस मामले के ऊपर आप सबके सामने रखने थे। #payalrohatgi
