Richa Gangopadhyay Instagram – #belatedvalentinesday Happy Valentine’s Day to my forever Valentine! Another special one in the books for us….a candle-lit dinner, not by choice but circumstance since we lost power (along with 300,000 others in the Portland Metro!)! Joe’s resourcefulness came to the rescue (as usual…literally would only trust him to be able to survive an apocalypse) with his camping and fishing gear- he finished up cooking our dinner (filet mignon and skillet rosemary potatoes) on his portable propane stove (that I got him this last Christmas!!) with his headlamp on 😂 and I made an accidentally perfect flourless chocolate cake that ended up steam-baking in the oven! 🍴🌹 Devices currently charging on his giant battery pack he uses for his fishing raft motor 😅 Bundled up at home and nowhere to go (except maybe Home Depot to get a flashlight and batteries) as the temperatures keep dropping in this crazy winter/ice storm that hit us!!
